Most acoustic stands show panels on a wall and numbers on a sign. Slalom goes the other way at ORGATEC 2026. In Hall 8.1, booth E031, the Italian brand presents Landscape of Resonance, an installation designed by Ippolito Fleitz Group and developed at the studio's headquarters in Stuttgart.
The idea behind the stand is to take resonance further than the absorption values of materials. It asks how people feel in a space, how they interact with it and how they attune to it. Sound-absorbing materials and colour become a landscape to walk through, not a product wall to read.
As scenographers, we know the feeling: a room can meet every standard and still not feel right. Reverberation time and absorption classes are the basis of good acoustics, but the experience of a room also depends on colour, form, light and how the elements are arranged. Landscape of Resonance makes that visible, and audible.
On the SLALOM Discover page you can explore the whole Slalom range, collect products in your own moodboards, and get or make acoustic concepts in minutes, including hearing the difference before anything is built. The team behind Slalom is happy to support you at any stage of your project, from the first idea to the specification.
Slalom's acoustic products are on MissionAcoustic with their data, such as the ECOround wall elements. Planners can put them in a room in MA Planner, check the reverberation time and listen to the result.
