The Swedish furniture maker Johanson Design is at ORGATEC 2026 in Hall 10.2, stands K020 / K028, from 27 to 30 October. It shows new products by the design duo Böttcher & Kayser, on a stand designed by Teklan.

DECIBEL by Johanson

DECIBEL by Johanson is the company's acoustic brand. It makes sound absorbers for walls, ceilings and floors, in forms that work as furniture and decoration as much as acoustics. Products marked "Ecophon Inside" are developed together with Saint-Gobain Ecophon and use its sound-absorbing material.

New: Hertz Oak Frame

DECIBEL has a new option for its Hertz and Hertz Photo absorbers: the Hertz Oak Frame, an exclusive, handcrafted frame in solid oak with visible mortise-and-tenon joints. It comes in clear-lacquered natural oak or in 14 linseed oil stains that let the natural wood grain show through. The Hertz absorbers themselves are already on MissionAcoustic with their acoustic data, so planners can put them in a room right away.

See Hertz Oak Frame on decibelab.com.

On MissionAcoustic

DECIBEL products are in the MissionAcoustic catalog with their acoustic data, among them Hertz, Absorba, Bell, Bow, Chesterfield, Circuit and the Clamp family for ceiling, floor and wall. Planners can place them in a room in MA Planner, see the reverberation time change and listen to the result.
